LiteBiz ERP a d'abord été construit pour un usage interne — gérer les achats, le stock multi-dépôts, les ventes et la trésorerie en USD et CDF d'une entreprise commerciale basée à Kinshasa. Les outils disponibles étaient soit trop lourds et conçus pour d'autres marchés, soit trop limités — de simples feuilles Excel qui devenaient ingérables dès que l'entreprise grandissait. LiteBiz ERP was first built for internal use — to run the purchasing, multi-location stock, sales and USD/CDF cash flow of a trading business based in Kinshasa. The tools available were either too heavy and built for other markets, or too limited — plain spreadsheets that became unmanageable as the business grew.

Once the tool was stable and proven on real operations — real suppliers, real customers, real power outages — the question became obvious: how many other Central African trading businesses are still managing stock and cash by hand, simply because nothing was built for them?
